Passu Cones or Passu Cathedral Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan

Passu is a beautiful, spectacular, breath-taking and marvelous mountain in a village known as Passu on the Karakorum Highway at a distance of  150 km from the Gilgit city (Capital of Gilgit-Baltistan Province) of Pakistan. The glaciers near the Passu village are Passu Glacier and Batura Glacier (Fifth largest glacier in the world outside the polar region).

The Passu Village is famous for its golden peaks in the form of the pyramidical shape known as, "Passu Cones" or "Passu Cathedral", 6,106 meters ( 20,033 ft).
This peak having picturesque shape is one of the most photographed peaks in the region. Because of these peaks, this village has become one of the meccas of the Gilgit-Baltistan.
